Practice Manager - Michael Parker
If you wish to make enquiries about administration or non-medical aspects of your health treatment, or if you feel you have a complaint about the attention you receive at any of our surgeries, please ask to speak to our practice manager.
We welcome enquiries or observations regarding our service. We also have a practice based procedure which is part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. Please ask our Practice Manager for further information.

Practice Nurses -Gillian Owen RGN - Carol Crellin RGN
Our nurses hold surgeries everyday (except weekends). They will be able to help you with travel advice, vaccinations etc. plus the various clinics for travel immunisations, child health and asthma as well as other clinics for health promotion.

Health Care Assistant - Sandra Williams

Secretary - Lora Williams
Our secretary deals with all practice administration work including hospital referrals. If you find you need to cancel or re-arrange a hospital appointment please contact the hospital, not the practice secretary.

Our receptionists are here to help you. They have a difficult task of dealing with both doctors and patients. They are not in a position to deal with any complaints, this is the job of the practice manager. So please try and be a 'patient patient'.
