Minor surgery operations are done as part of the general surgery
appointment. A doctor will advise you which procedures can be performed.
Health Services Centre: Clinic every Tuesday for the 1st, 3rd & 4th of the month – 2:00 to 3:00pm
There will be no clinic on the
5th Tuesday.
Llan: Clinic every 2 nd Tuesday – 1:15 to 1:45pm
If you need to have preventative immunisation's for tetanus and or
polio please make an appointment with the practice nurse.
Our practice nurses are available by appointment to offer medical
advice regarding travel and vaccinations where appropriate.
Do plan
ahead, do not leave your vaccinations until the last minute.
We are a registered yellow fever vaccination centre for any patient,
whether they are registered here or not.
Each winter commencing the beginning of October the practice runs
a flu immunisation clinic at all surgeries. For further information
please ask the practice nurse or receptionist.
You will be sent a reminder when your smear test is due, but
if in doubt please ask at reception.
Some services fall outside the NHS and for these a charge may
be made. These include private medical certificates, various
medical examinations and reports for employers, solicitors, insurance
companies, PSV, HGV and elderly drivers licenses etc. Please
check with the receptionist for the current fee.
If you require an ambulance for a hospital clinic appointment, please
phone the Transport Booking Line on 0845 6076181 with details and
give at least 2 days notice.
