Appointments
We operate an appointment system. We will try to fit you in with the doctor of your choice as soon as possible.

House Calls
If you are not well enough to come to the surgery you may ask for a home visit by telephoning before 10.30am. In the case of an emergency you may contact the surgery at any time on the emergency number: 01766 830205

Registration
On registration all new patients are offered a health check appointment when any health needs can be discussed. It is practice policy to allow patients to choose whichever doctor they wish to attend in the partnership.

Repeat Prescriptions
You may request a repeat prescription either by post, by enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, or by hand. To avoid the chance of mistakes we cannot accept telephone requests. It takes 24 hours to process a repeat prescription - longer over the weekend.

Violent Patients

The practice does not tolerate violence in the surgery either verbal or physical. The police will be called for any form of violence.  Any patient found to be acting violently or using threatening behaviour towards staff will be removed from our list.

All our practice premises have suitable acess for disabled patients.
